Making mono-material airless feel luxe

I’m piloting a PP-only airless at 0.2 ml dose for a lip tint line, swapping metallization for in-mold texture and tone-on-tone emboss so it still reads premium… After a 1 m drop the actuator has perceptible rattle that cheapens the brand — any tricks with snap-fit tolerances, integrated PP flexures, or surface finishes to preserve that crisp click and luxe hand-feel?

Try molding 3–4 thin PP crush ribs (0.2–0.3 mm stand-off, about 1° draft) inside the actuator skirt to add a slight radial preload — kills rattle after a drop while a shallow dual-stage detent ramp sharpens the “click” (ref: https://plastics.covestro.com/en/tools-and-downloads/design-guides/snap-fit-design)… What’s your current stem-to-shroud radial clearance?
