TPU-printed cores for cap-plastic silicone

Pulled two cheek appliances at 2 a.m. using Dragon Skin 10 with Super Baldiez (1:1 IPA), and my TPU 95A printed cores gave gorgeous feathered edges but a grabby release. What’s your best trick to smooth layer lines and improve release on flexible prints — XTC, a misted urethane barrier, or a smarter surface pass that keeps pore texture intact?

With those verified remote options, I always run a speed test before call time — I use https://www.speedtest.net and aim for at least 10 Mbps upload. Small caveat: ask if a local backup audio is allowed, because some contracts prohibit it.
