The Day I Spilled Foundation Everywhere

I had a total disaster last week during a live makeup demo. I was confidently explaining how to apply foundation when my hand slipped, and I knocked over an entire bottle. It spilled like a waterfall! Everyone laughed, including me, and I turned it into a lesson about choosing the right coverage. Has anyone else had a funny mishap on set?

I’ve definitely had the foundation waterfall moment too! It’s great that you turned a mishap into a lesson about coverage. I always say, working with different tools can save you from big messes — like using a pump top instead. What have you guys found helps prevent spill disasters during live demos?

That foundation waterfall is a classic! I once had a lipstick incident where it popped out of my hand and hit the floor like a bullet. Turning those moments into teaching points is key — what do you think is the most important lesson you’ve learned from your mishaps?
